What is the Viva One app?
Viva One is a subscription-based video streaming app that offers a wide range of movies, TV series, documentaries, concerts, stand-up comedies, fitness and workout shows, sports, and genre-bending exclusives. It features content that is both Pinoy-made and foreign.
How do I download the Viva One app?
For Android devices:
Visit the Google Play Store or Huawei App Gallery and search for "Viva One." Tap on "Install" and wait for the installation to complete. Once installed, open the app.
For iOS devices: Go to the Apple App Store and search for "Viva One." Tap on "Get" and wait for the installation to complete. Once installed, open the app.
How can I sign up for a Viva One account?
Sign up via the Viva One app:
- Launch the Viva One app and tap on "Sign up."
- Fill out the necessary information, including your name, mobile number, email address, and password.
- Agree to the Viva One Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Tap on "Continue."
- Once the registration is completed, you will be automatically signed in to your account.
- Choose a Viva One subscription plan. Once payment is successfully received, you can start watching!
You can also sign up via the VMX website at www.vivamax.net, select a Viva One subscription plan, and watch from your desktop browser.
Do I need an internet connection to watch content on the Viva One app?
Yes, you need an internet connection to stream content on the Viva One app. A minimum recommended speed of 600kbps is required for our lowest bitrate. However, you can also download content (movies/series) to your Downloads list and watch them offline within 24 hours after downloading.
By default, the Viva One app is set to 'Stream Over WiFi Only' to prevent accidental data usage. If you wish to stream using mobile data, you can update the playback settings in the app. Go to Profile > Settings > Video Playback to enable or disable streaming using mobile data.
What are the minimum system requirements for the Viva One app?
The minimum system requirements for the Viva One app are as follows:
- Android 8.0 operating system or higher
- iOS version 13 or higher
- 4GB RAM or higher
- Dual-Core Processor or higher
What if my phone does not meet the minimum system requirements required by Viva One? Can I still use the Viva One app?
For the best viewing experience, we recommend that you use a device that meets the minimum system requirements. However, if your phone falls short of the requirements, you may still be able to use the Viva One app, but the performance and video quality may be affected.
How do I find out if my mobile phone has all the required minimum system requirements?
To check if your mobile phone meets the minimum system requirements for Viva One, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your phone's settings.
Step 2: Tap on "About Phone" or a similar option.
Step 3: Check your operating system (OS) version and other specifications.
For Viva One, the minimum requirements are:
- Android 8.0 Operating System or higher
- iOS version 13 or higher
- 4GB RAM or higher
- Dual-Core Processor or higher

I am in one of the service areas of Viva One. Why can't I view anything?
If you are unable to view content on Viva One despite being in a service area, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Restart the app and see if it resolves the issue.
Step 2: Restart your phone, relaunch the app, and check if the problem persists.
Step 3: Verify your internet connection to ensure it is stable and reliable.
Step 4: If you are using a VPN service or similar, make sure it is turned off before using Viva One.
Does Viva One work with a VPN?
Your Viva One app may only work in the region where you purchased your subscription. If you are using a VPN to access Viva One, your region may be hidden. However, if you experience issues with the app or cannot see content available in your region, it may be due to the use of a VPN. To ensure smooth app functionality, we recommend turning off your VPN or adjusting the regional settings to match the region of your subscription. If you are unsure about VPNs or need assistance, please contact your network administrator or internet service provider.

How do I redeem my Viva One voucher?
You can purchase a prepaid VMX subscription voucher at authorized retail, e-commerce, and fintech partners.
Follow the steps below to redeem your voucher:
Redeem via the Viva One app (Android and Huawei users only):
● Open the Viva One app
● Go to Profile > My Subscription
● Tap on Redeem Voucher Code
● Type in or paste the voucher code to redeem.
Redeem through your browser:
● Type in www.vivamax.net/voucher/redeem,
● Log in to your Viva One account
● Type in or paste the voucher code to redeem.
● If you are using an Apple mobile device, log on to www.vivamax.net/voucher/redeem to redeem your voucher.
Redeem your voucher within 1 year of the date of purchase to avoid expiry. Expired vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Can I watch Viva One on my TV?
Yes! Just download the Viva One app on your Android-compatible smart TV or Apple TV. Just search for Viva One on your TV’s app store. Install, log in, and start watching!
You can also connect a casting-compatible device to your TV (Android media boxes or devices, Chromecast or AirPlay-compatible devices only) and cast Viva One from your desktop or mobile device.
Cast to your TV:
● Connect your mobile or tablet device to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast/Apple TV.
● Open the Viva One app on your mobile or tablet device and select the content you want to cast.
● In the video player, tap on the "Cast" or "AirPlay" icon.
● Select the TV or media device you want to cast to.
To stop casting from your mobile or tablet device, select "Stop Casting" or "Select your mobile or tablet device" in the "Cast" or "AirPlay" options.

I have a Viva One International Plan. How do I add users I can share access to?
Log in to your Viva One account on the VMX website (www.vivamax.net) to add or manage who you want to share access to.
● Go to www.vivamax.net and log in to your Viva One account.
● Go to Profile > Plan Sharing
● Enter the email address of the person you want to add. This email address will be used for the invitee’s account. Only email addresses verified to have no active subscription can be invited.
● Click Send Invite.
I can't log in. What should I do?
If you are having trouble logging in to your Viva One account, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
● Check your network: Ensure that you have a stable and working internet connection. Verify your Wi-Fi or data settings and make sure you can connect to the internet.
● Check your device: Ensure that your device meets the minimum system requirements for Viva One.
● Check the app: Make sure you have the latest version of the Viva One app installed. If an update is required, you can download it from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery. You can also try restarting your phone.
● Verify your subscription: Confirm that your email and password are correct. If you are having trouble logging in, you can reset your password.

I forgot my password. How do I change it?
To change your password, follow these steps:
● Launch the Viva One app
● From the login screen, tap on Forgot Password.
● Enter the email address you registered for your Viva One account.
● Tap on "Send Email."
● Check your email and click on the link to reset your password.
Alternatively, you can reset your password by visiting https://web.vivamax.net/forgotpassword.
How do I update my account information?
To update your account information, follow these steps:
Launch the Viva One app.
Go to your Profile.
Tap on "Edit Account."
Enter the new information you want to update.
Are there parental controls available for the Viva One app?
Yes, Viva One provides parental controls to help you manage content access. When you log in to your Viva One account for the first time, you will be prompted to set up a 4-digit PIN for the Parental Lock feature. Enabling this feature automatically locks all mature content. You will need to enter your 4-digit PIN to watch any locked content.
You can manage or reset your Parental Control PIN by going to
Profile > Account > Parental Control PIN.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Voucher Subscription:
If you purchased a voucher (via the VMX website or other retail partners) to activate your subscription, your subscription will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period..
For SKY Cable subscribers:
To cancel your VMX subscription, please follow these steps:
● Visit https://vod.mysky.com.ph/
● Log in to your SKY account.
● Follow the instructions provided on how to cancel your VMX subscription.
For In-App Subscriptions:
If you subscribed to Viva One through the VMX app, you can cancel your subscription anytime through the app store associated with your device. Follow the instructions specific to your operating system below:
Android:
● Open the Google Play app on your device.
● Tap on the profile icon at the top right corner.
● Select "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions."
● Choose the Viva One subscription you want to cancel.
● Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the instructions provided.

Unsubscribe on Apple iOS:
● Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
● Tap on your name at the top.
● Select "Subscriptions."
● Choose the VMX subscription.
● Tap "Cancel Subscription." If you don't see the option to cancel, it means the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

Unsubscribe on Huawei OS:
● Go to Settings on your Huawei device.
● Click on "HUAWEI ID" and go to "Account center" > "Payment and Purchases" > "Subscriptions/Password-free payments."
● Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
● Open AppGallery.
● Go to "Me" > "Account center" > "Payment and purchases" > "Subscriptions/Password-free payments."
● Tap on the VMX app.
● Tap "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION." Once the auto-renewal service is canceled, no further fees will be incurred, and related services will be stopped.
